For the admission or withdrawal in Olive International School, a student has to meet the following criteria.

• The school management reserves the right to admit or refuse students seeking admission to the school.
• The child who has attained three and half years as on 31st March is eligible to be admitted to KG 1.

For withdrawal of the ward, a calendar months' written notice is required. All dues should be cleared before taking the Transfer Certificate.

• All withdrawals after the last date of admission Le.12th October will have to pay a whole year's fee.

The details and schedule of tuition fees for the academic year can be obtained from the school office. Parents may pay the fees in a single installment at the beginning of the academic year or before the due date of the term fee. A 5% of the tuition fees will be reduced if yearly payment is made in advance. (Contact school office)

• If the tuition fees fall in arrears for more than 30 days from the due date the student's name will be removed from the school rolls and no re-admission may be granted. Re-admission will be entirely at the discretion of the management. In case of re-admission, all fees including arrears till date to be paid.
• In case the tuition fee or transportation fee is pending for two or more consecutive terms in an academic year, there will be no school transportation provided for the student. In case the child reports to school he/she will sit in the library and no educational services will be provided. If the child reports to school the next day, he/she has to sit in the reception and the parent will be instructed to collect the child from the school. Late fee will be charged.
• Late fee, per week, will be levied in case of failure to pay the fees after the last date.

• In case the fee is pending at the end of the academic year, the child will not be promoted to the next grade till the dues are clear.
• Students who have not paid their dues to the school during any particular term may not be allowed to sit for that term examination. Fees should be paid in full and no part payment will be accepted. No fees, except the caution deposit, once paid, will be refunded under any circumstances.
• The school fees may be increased during the school academic year subject to MOE approval.
• The school acknowledges fee payment made to it by a duly signed receipt. Parents are requested to ensure that they receive a proper receipt for fee payment. The school will not be responsible for payment made without proper receipts.
